How the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting our road trips and applications: Your health and safety and the safety of our crew is our main priority, and we won’t hit the road until it’s safe to do so. We’re continuing with our process of selecting participants for this trip, though it’s possible that deadlines and travel dates may shift as the situation with COVID-19 evolves. If dates do change, we’ll update them here, and alert you by email if you’ve already applied. If you have any questions, you can always email us at roadtrips@roadtripnation.org.

We’re Roadtrip Nation, and we send people on road trips in our green RV to talk to their heroes, job crushes, and anyone who’s doing generally awesome stuff. We film it all and turn it into video documentaries to inspire people to pursue their interests.

Next April—in partnership with Wyoming CTE—we’re sending young people in Wyoming on a road trip to talk to inspiring people across the state who are contributing to exciting growth and breakthroughs from inside Wyoming’s borders.

You’ll explore some of the exciting industries and companies that are contributing to Wyoming’s growth, like healthcare, manufacturing, outdoor recreation, technology, and more. If you’re interested in seeing what kinds of jobs, apprenticeships, and other opportunities exist within these worlds, apply below!

Application Details:

  • We’re looking for individuals who are at least 18 years old and are interested in Wyoming’s growing industries. Whether you’re in high school, a recent high school grad, or a postsecondary student, this trip is for you!

  • This trip is currently scheduled for April 2021, but the timing may shift as we continue to monitor the situation with COVID-19. We'll work with applicants and communicate about timing as we learn more.

  • If chosen, you’ll travel around Wyoming in a Roadtrip Nation RV exploring different career pathways and talking to professionals who’ve found fulfilling work.

  • This experience will be turned into educational videos, so you’ll be filmed and the footage may be shared across digital platforms.

  • Chosen individuals will work with Roadtrip Nation to research and book interviews with people they want to talk to.

  • All travel expenses, plus a daily stipend, which may be used for any personal expenses, are paid for by Roadtrip Nation.
