This fall, Roadtrip Nation is sending three young people on a life-changing journey to explore careers in the alternative investment management industry.
Fueled by the Ares Charitable Foundation and Strada Education Foundation, you’ll travel the country in our big green RV, meet leaders in the alternative investment world, and discover how people from all backgrounds are building successful careers through this field.

What is this for?
You’re applying to be part of Roadtrip Nation’s award-winning public television series, which follows young adults as they explore career paths by traveling the country and interviewing professionals they admire. That means you’ll be on camera, sharing your journey—and your story—with a national audience.
Still, this is so much more than a TV show—it’s an opportunity for you to get out there, get exposure to new paths and possibilities, and talk to people whose stories can change your life.
You don’t need to be a finance expert to apply. We’re looking for driven, curious, and open-minded people who want to learn, connect, and grow. Whether you’re a college student, new grad, or in the early stages of your career, this experience is designed to help you explore a powerful new path forward.
Additional Information:
We’ll be filming in November, and we’ll work with you to schedule around your school and general life commitments during that time.
All travel expenses—plus a daily stipend for personal expenses—are paid for by Roadtrip Nation. We’ll work with you to make sure the stipend covers what you need to be able to participate.
The experience will be filmed, and you’ll be asked to share your thoughts and feelings on-camera throughout the journey. The resulting documentary may be shown on public television, and/or used in Roadtrip Nation’s educational tools.
If selected, you’ll help plan the experience around your interests and career aspirations—so you’ll need to work with Roadtrip Nation to research and book interviews with the career role models you’d like to speak with.
After filming is over, we’ll provide you with six months of free personalized career coaching and support from InsideTrack to help you pursue your life, education, and career goals.
